It wasn’t part of the plan. The trip was packed tight with meetings, routes I didn’t know, and the quiet pressure of getting everything right. But that evening, after everything wrapped up, I ended up in a small room that felt like a different world. No music. No talk. Just low lighting and a gentle atmosphere that didn’t ask anything from me. It wasn’t about what was offered — there were no promises of transformation. And yet, something shifted. I didn’t need to think, perform, or push. All I had to do was let my body settle into the silence, and feel how much I had been holding in. That moment of stillness stayed with me longer than the city lights or polished boardrooms. Sometimes, the most lasting parts of a journey aren’t found in the schedule — but in the spaces in between.
